Young Organisation

Do you have a young organisation like Scouts or Cadets and looking to offer experience for them? Portishead Carnival is a great opportunity to gain experience from marshalling on the field to customer service manning our activities such as bouncy castles and climbing tower.

Individuals willing to help

Do you have availability for carnival day to Marshall or a few days before and after to help set up and take down? All Volunteers are greatly appreciated.

Portishead Carnival Committee are following the advice from the NSC Safety Advisory Group (SAG) as well as the purple guide.

Due to a new law that came in April 2025 we have been updated and advised for the committee members and volunteers to do ACT training.

This is a free course, takes approx an hour to complete.

We have professional security on both the parade and field.

However we are expected to ask all volunteers to do this course, please email your certificate to admin@possetevents.com on completion.
