As we are sure you can appreciate, putting on the largest event in the Portishead social calendar, with so many varying elements, insurances, licences, H&S Conditions etc all comes at a very high administrative cost. 

Carnival costs approximately £35,000 to deliver and although the event is mainly funded by the community, local sponsors are a vital part of the Carnivals delivery and success.

To ensure every business, large and small has an opportunity to show the local community their support for the carnival we have put together a whole host of sponsorship options from just £250 to £2,000.

To ensure the community know who is supporting the carnival all sponsors are hugely advertised in all our publications, social media posts etc. throughout the year and of course throughout the big day itself.

Additionally, dependent on the package you choose, sponsors can expect not just the gratitude of the community but some great benefits in return. Such as:

VIP Lounge Access (New for 2026 - The VIP lounge is a marquee with inside / outside table & chairs, centre views of the main stage & unobstructed view of the main arena. A selection of complementary snack and drinks are also available in the lounge.

Arena Banner - A 7ft X 2ft banner advertising your company on the main arena barriers. The banner is yours to keep after carnival day so you can use it at other events.

Flag 5ft X 3ft - Let the community see your logo / company proudly flying high at the show field throughout the day. Each flag is printed double sided and is yours to keep after the event.

Programme Advertising - Access to the show field is by programme only. You will receive free advertising within the programme.

Coronation Day - Receive free tickets to the carnival coronation day where you can be part of the action during the selection of the 2026 Carnival king, queen, prince & princes.

Entrance Programmes - Receive complementary programmes to enter the show field. Each programme admits two adults and 2 children.
